Update gitorious Manifest

Modified the init script for the poller as the environment wasn't properly set up in the previous
one.

More fixes to the install script.

Streamlined the install/readme. Removed subversion and perl as deps for git

Fixed the init scripts - everything should now work as expected.
The next step is to improve the ebuild so that it is more in line with the Gentoo standard.

Fixed the file conflict by only using what nginx provides.

There's an issue left with a file collition between nginx[passenger] and the passenger gem

Added a new ebuild for passenger instead of using gem install

Ran the installer and fixed all the issues. It should now work as expected.
Moved the use flags into the ebuild and removed the mysql use flag as this package is hardcoded to use mysql.

Modified the ebuild so that the domain name is now retrieved from the DOMAIN variable

Renamed the repository from portage_overlay to gentoo_gitorious
